International Fund "Talents of the Third Millennium" is created for search, revealing and support of talented youth in the sphere of art and perspective technologies. The Fund obtains and accumulates financial, material, intellectual resources for successful implementation of programs on creation of favorable conditions for comprehensive development and perfection of individual abilities of young people. If you wish to bring in your own contribution to the development of young generation – join us!
The purpose of carrying out of the III International Festival of Children's and Youth Films «Crystal Stork» is the creation of conditions for respect of children’s rights, rendering of indispensable help and support from the society and the state, and further improvement of their position.
Works for the Festival are accepted from August, 1st till November, 30th, 2008 to the address: Minsk 220114, Makayonok str., 12, Republican Center for Technical Creative Activities of Students, with a mark «Crystal Stork».
